Q: Will my ISP shut me down for sending to many emails?
A: Most of the time NO. Since you are using our server to them all
you are doing is sending what looks like data. We also use port 587 as our
email sending port so you can get pass most ISPs that block the normal out going
email port 25.
Q: What is port 587 email server?
A: It is very common for many ISPs to restrict the use of port 25 by limiting
the user. For example AOL offers no email sending options for many of its users and
if they do its common for them to block port 25 completely. In addition most ISPs
limit you to the number of emails you can send per hour. We use port 587 to bypass
the blocking of port 25.

Q: Can I send an opt-in list on your email server?
A: Good question. Opt-in lists are OK. Double opt-in lists are better and
customer lists are the best. There is no doubt about it...the quality
of your list is the most important asset. If you buy a spam list or opt-in list
your success rate will not be as good as a well groomed and maintained customer
list.

Q: Are we limited on the number of emails we can send?
A: Depends on your list....again. If you have a customer list there are no limits.
If you are sending an opt-in or double opt-in list you are encouraged to slow
down the sending rate. Why? Its because all RECEIVING mail servers like
AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! limit the number emails a domain can send per hour. This is
their way to control spam blasting. Its their rules not ours.
